Ibrahim Fatawu FCCA
Our Managing Partner, Ibrahim Fatawu FCCA, has over 17 years of extensive experience in auditing and accounting industry. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.He has worked with audit firms across the country, notably Mazars, Diligence Consult, Latuo and Associates and Badiko, Suglo & Associates. He is familiar with the necessay legal aspects applicable to business organizations in Ghana. His far-seeing vision, leadership and motivation have enabled many organizations to achieve greater heights, where he has been partnered or associated with. His vast experience in performing audits and analyzing financial statements will help you to put aside all the worries related to accounting and financial management and focus on your business growth.
Simon Hlordzi (ACCA, MCIT), Audit Manager
Simon Hlordzi (ACCA, MCIT) is a highly experienced tax and accounting professional with over 8 years of proven expertise across various sectors. A certified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, Simon provides strategic tax advisory services covering corporate and personal income tax, VAT, employment tax, and international taxation. He has led numerous tax audits, due diligence reviews, and cross-border advisory projects for both local and multinational clients.
With a solid foundation in banking and regulatory compliance, Simon brings a unique blend of financial acumen and tax insight, enabling him to deliver practical, risk-conscious solutions. His strength in financial analysis, reporting, and adherence to accounting standards makes him a trusted advisor committed to integrity, transparency, and value creation for clients. He is also a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and a registered tax consultant, staying consistently up to date with evolving tax regulations.
Abdul-Rahaman Moomen (MSc, CA, BCom, PDip, HND), Partner
Abdul-Rahaman Moomen (MSc, CA, BCom, PDip, HND) is a Chartered Accountant with strong interdisciplinary expertise in accounting, finance, and auditing. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, he holds a Post-Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit and an MSc in Finance and Investment from KNUST. He also earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and an HND in Accounting from Tamale Polytechnic.
Currently a Partner at the firm, Abdul-Rahaman also serves as the Northern Regional Accountant for Ghana’s National Health Insurance Authority and chairs the Audit Committee of the Sawla Tuna Kalba District Assembly. With over a decade of public sector accounting experience, he brings deep knowledge in IPSAS, IFRS, and public financial management. Known for his analytical thinking, discipline, and strategic decision-making, he is a dependable team player with a commitment to excellence and accountability.
Amatus Zinteng (MPhil, CA, BCom, HND)
Amatus Zinteng (MPhil, CA, BCom, HND) is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at the firm, with over 11 years of experience in auditing, consultancy, financial management, and internal controls. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Amatus has led audits across both public and private sectors, specializing in the design of robust internal control systems that safeguard assets, ensure data accuracy, and promote regulatory compliance.
He currently serves as a Senior Auditor with the Ghana Audit Service and has previously held finance leadership and audit roles at Cob-A Industries Ltd, Veritas Associates, and Latuo & Associates. Amatus holds an MPhil in Finance and Investment from KNUST, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, and an HND in Accounting from Tamale Polytechnic. He is known for his depth of knowledge, precision, and commitment to accountability.
Edwin Vulabaar Kuunibe (CA, BCom, HND)
Edwin Vulabaar Kuunibe (CA, BCom, HND) is a Chartered Accountant and Audit Assistant at the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Sunyani Polytechnic.
Edwin brings over three years of hands-on experience in auditing and financial consultancy, having previously served in similar roles at Veritas Associates and Diligence Consult, both reputable firms of Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.
